Immune System Explained

If there is one thing the COVID-19 pandemic brought home for us here at Immune System Explained over these past two years is that our Immune System truly is “our keeper” and not so much our brother.

We’re currently on a mission to share, inform, empower, inspire and motivate anyone who desires improved physical and mental health for themselves and their family.

The Immune System’s function is to protect and defend the brain and body from disease, dysfunction, severe harm and injury.

It’s important more now than ever that we realise the extraordinary capabilities of our Immune System, which actually comprises of three systems,  the innate, the adaptive and the acquired.

I intend to bring to your attention something that we think has been missing from the conversation for many years and that is the amazing capabilities that our Immune System possess when it is healthy and in its natural state.

We’re Pretty Shocked About What We’re Discovering.

The immune system is capable of doing incredible things when it comes to looking after you.

We are complex creatures, finely crafted, tuned and balanced, a master in the art of physical, emotional and spiritual survival.

Regulating and controlling almost every function of the human body, the Immune System has the incredible power to evolve, adapt, reproduce, heal, regenerate and replace.

One of the most important things that can be done during this pandemic is to ensure you and your family’s Immune System is as healthy and robust as it can possibly be. (including your beloved pets)

You can check out some Super Habits To Live By on our YouTube Channel Immune System Explained for some ideas on where to start.

For me, Michelle Taylor, Founder of Immune System Explained and Progress Nutrients, these past two years has been like opening a pandora’s box, it has me wishing I had dug deeper into this particular box years ago.

However, at the age of 55, it is by no means too late for me or anyone else for that matter, regardless of age, health condition or circumstance for you to improve your health, happiness and longevity.

In fact, quite the opposite, as the saying goes…

“It’s never too late to start good habits.”

All the best in 2022, Michelle Taylor Founder of Immune System Explained
