    Thanks for your smoothie diet review.  I agree with your idea that Smoothies are a great way to lose weight. However, your weight loss will depend on what’s in the smoothie. If the smoothie is laden with sugar and other carbs, it could be a hinderance.  Also, some people, like myself, get stalled on whey protein (or milk products).
